Anthony Dilley

Anthony Dilley serves as the Data, School Climate & Culture Officer for the East Orange School District since August 2022, where initiatives implemented have led to a 95% state testing participation rate. Previously, as Principal at Hope Academy/NRESC, Dilley transformed teaching operations and enhanced parent communication through technology. While serving as Assistant Principal at M.E.T.S. Charter School, Dilley established the inaugural Parent-Teacher Association and secured mental health support, contributing to significant college enrollment among seniors. Dilley has a comprehensive background in education, having held various roles, including teacher and vice principal, across multiple school districts since 2000. Dilley holds an MA in Administration in Education from Saint Peter's University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, English, and Philosophy from the University of Scranton.
