Henrique Carrasco Pagnossi has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Henrique currently works as a Senior Platform Engineer at East Side Games since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Platform Engineer at the same company from September 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining East Side Games, Henrique worked at Monomyto Game Studio as a Lead Developer from November 2020 to September 2021. Their responsibilities included managing a team using Agile principles, designing and developing matchmaking and API services, and architecting the core gameplay features of Gunstars.

Henrique also has experience at Kinship Entertainment, where they served as a Back End Developer from September 2019 to November 2020. During this time, they worked on developing Skydome's backend API, matchmaking services, and game server networking. Henrique also worked as a Unity Game Developer at the same company from February 2019 to September 2019, focusing on gameplay and meta-game system development using Unity and C#.

Additionally, Henrique worked at Monomyto Game Studio as a Project Management & Back-End Development Consultant from August 2019 to May 2020. Their responsibilities included creating schedules, managing project execution, supporting the team in technical issues, and developing game networking using C# .Net Core, Unity, and Photon technologies.

Henrique Carrasco Pagnossi earned the degree of Tecnólogo in Jogos Digitais from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, where they attended from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several additional certifications, including "Verified International Academic Qualifications" from World Education Services in March 2023, "Gama Experience (Hacker)" and "Product Manager" from Gama Academy in 2017, and ".NET Programming" from Senac Brasil in 2009.
