Lil Chan has a diverse work experience in the field of art and design. Lil is currently working as an Artist at Pancake Games Studio since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Concept Artist and Illustrator at an unidentified company since October 2011. Lil also worked as a Concept Artist at East Side Games from March 2019 onwards. Additionally, Lil Chan worked as a Freelance Concept Artist at The Molasses Flood from October 2018 to February 2019. Lil also served as a Series Artist at Extra Credits between August 2015 and June 2018. Furthermore, Lil Chan worked as a Lead Artist at InDreams Studios from May 2014 to September 2015. Lil began their career at the University of Michigan 3D Lab, where they worked as a User Interface Designer for the L.I.F.E Project from May 2008 to May 2009. Lil also worked as a Student Assistant at the same university from February 2008 to May 2009.
Lil Chan began their education at the International School of Beijing, where they earned a high school diploma from 1998 to 2005. They then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) - School of Art and Design, graduating from 2005 to 2009. Following this, Lil Chan attended the Gnomon School of Visual Effects from 2010 to 2011, focusing on Concept Art and Design. Lastly, in 2012 and 2013, they attended the Concept Design Academy to further develop their skills in Concept Art.
