Marian Rich

Marian Rich is an experienced Social Therapeutic Coach and Facilitator, currently leading sessions at Marian Rich Social Therapeutic Coach since May 2022. As a Core Faculty member at the East Side Institute since September 2012, Marian conducts playful and philosophical sessions aimed at empowering activists, educators, and scholars globally. As a Co-Founder of the Global Play Brigade since June 2020, Marian champions community-building through play and performance in response to social challenges exacerbated by the pandemic. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Search Consultant and Coach at Career Play, Inc. from July 2011 to May 2022, and as a Career Consultant with NYU Stern School of Business, providing improv coaching focused on communication skills. Marian's career began with public relations and executive search roles, coupled with a liberal arts degree from Sarah Lawrence College.
