Katharine Zanotelli-Wade is a seasoned leader in the nonprofit sector with extensive experience in strategy development, program management, and partnership cultivation. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Results at East Side Neighborhood Services, Katharine provides strategic guidance in organizational development and evaluation. With a track record of exceeding program goals in the Senior Community Service Employment Program, Katharine has gained national recognition for innovative service delivery, particularly during the Covid pandemic. Previous roles include Client Service Coordinator at Soward & Associates and Social Service Advocate at The Bar Association of San Francisco, where Katharine facilitated clients' access to essential resources. Katharine holds a BA in Music and Religious Studies from California Lutheran University.

East Side Neighborhood Services is a nonprofit human services agency that provides basic needs resources and social services to individuals, families and neighborhoods primarily located in Northeast and Southeast Minneapolis. It strives to be a place where every person thrives and every voice matters. Since 1915, East Side Neighborhood Services has served immigrant, refugee and low income individuals and families. In 2010 East Side Neighborhood Services served over 11,500 individuals through its broad range of community-based social services.
