experienced commercial manager with vast experience of finance, risk, property and culture change management. Andy retired in 2019 and currently volunteers as Operations Manager at Hastings RNLI. Andy is married to Cathy, and has two dogs. He enjoys boating, sea fishing and fast cars. He is passionate about ensuring everyone is educated to a level that allows them to achieve their employment goals.
