Nicola started her teaching career in over twenty years ago as a teacher of geography and worked in several schools over a number of counties with her final role in schools as interim CEO of a small multi academy trust in Kent.
Nicola now works as the Director of Programmes for LLSE as one of the lead providers for National Professional Qualifications on behalf of the Department for Education and has overseen the development of the curriculum and participant experience.
Being involved in ESCG is important to Nicola as she strongly believes in the power of education for all and the importance of being able to access high quality education locally.
