Jeff P.

Jeff P. has extensive experience in both quality assurance and education. Currently serving as a Quality Coach/Technician at Generac Power Systems since December 2018, Jeff contributes to continuous improvement projects and leads onboarding training for new hires in the manufacturing sector. Jeff has also held various roles in coaching, including a wrestling coach with the East Troy Community School District and assistant coaching positions in other school districts, where strong emphasis is placed on mentoring student-athletes. Previous experiences include teaching roles with various educational organizations and positions in quality control and maintenance at SSI Technologies, alongside a background in general maintenance and youth development program coordination. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, obtained in 2010.
