Operations Team

The Operations Team at East West Assist Insurance TPA is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient administration and processing of healthcare claims and services. This includes monitoring and managing each claim throughout the process, coordinating with network hospitals, facilitating cashless treatments, and conducting concurrent and retrospective reviews to ensure optimal cost containment and quality of care. The team also manages electronic claims processing, follows up with care providers, and provides round-the-clock access to medical officers and ambulance referral services.
