Jennifer Ni

Jennifer Ni is a seasoned professional in consumer banking and product marketing, currently serving as SVP and Director of Consumer Strategy at East West Bank since March 2023. Previously, Jennifer held the position of SVP and Head of Consumer Banking at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China from 2016 to February 2023. In earlier roles, Jennifer was VP of Product Marketing at LoopPay, where the world's first ubiquitous mobile wallet solution was developed, and served various roles at Citi for over a decade, culminating in SVP, Director of Product Management. Jennifer began her career as a Marketing Manager at American Express, following an early position as an Associate at Towers Perrin. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School and a BA in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.
