Zachary Espino

Zachary Espino currently serves as the Executive Administrative Officer in the Office of the President at the East-West Center since October 2022, reporting directly to MG Suzanne Vares-Lum, USA Retired. Previously, Zachary held the position of Executive Team Coordinator and Senior Specialist II in the Office of the Governor for the State of Hawaii, having been appointed by Governor David Y. Ige to enhance the Constituent Services Unit's capacity. Earlier experience includes roles as a paralegal at Macanas Law Group, a Student Activities and Life Specialist at Kapi‘olani Community College, and various legislative support positions in the Office of Senator Laura H. Thielen within the Hawai'i State Senate. Education includes studies at Hawaii Pacific University, Kapi‘olani Community College, and Kailua High School.
