Natasa Rasic

Natasa Rasic has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations. Natasa is currently employed at East-West Management Institute as Deputy Chief of Party. Prior to this, they had short-term assignments with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) from 2021 to 2023. Natasa also worked at Tetra Tech DPK as Deputy Chief of Party, overseeing the Legal Reform Program from 2018 to 2020. In their earlier roles, they served as a Human Dimension Officer/Program Manager at OSCE Centre in Ashgabat from 2016 to 2018, and as a Senior Project Officer/Manager at OSCE from 2013 to 2016. Natasa was also a Judicial Affairs Officer/Deputy Head of Rule of Law and Human Rights Unit at OSCE Mission in Baku, Azerbaijan from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they worked as a Deputy Team Leader/Key Expert at EU Delegation/ Human Dynamics-Support to the Judicial Academy in Serbia Project from 2009 to 2011. Natasa Rasic has also worked as a short-term consultant for UNDP/Gender Equality Directorate Serbia-Combating Sexual and Gender Based Violence Project in 2010, and as a short-term evaluation consultant for USAID/Institute for Sustainable Communities-Civil Society Project in 2010. Previously, they held the position of Legislative Development Coordinator at UNDP/Ministry of Labour and Social Policy Serbia-Anti-discrimination Project from 2009 to 2009.
