Walter Holle

Walter Holle is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in enhancing manufacturing processes and facility management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at East West Manufacturing since September 2019, Walter oversees operations and engineering for a large workforce, successfully leading a facility transformation with significant capital investment. Previously, Walter acted as Continuous Improvement Leader at Poblocki Sign Company LLC, implementing operational improvements and formalizing scheduling processes. As Director of Operations at Creation Technologies, Walter managed two manufacturing sites, maintained regulatory standards, and achieved FDA registration. Earlier roles include Vice President of Manufacturing at JET Technologies, where Walter shifted production focus and significantly reduced lead times. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology and Biomedical Engineering Technology from Gateway Technical College.
