Chris Frampton

Chris Frampton has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chris began their career as an Analyst at Trammell Crow Residential, where they gained valuable knowledge during a booming period in the apartment building industry. Chris then joined Merrill Lynch as an Analyst, working on a range of projects in investment banking. After that, they became an Associate at Wells Hill Partners, where they focused on telecom, real estate, and senior housing deals. Chris then joined IMI Resort Real Estate Sales and Marketing as a Sales Associate, representing the Cimarron Hills project. In 2002, they became a Partner at Slifer, Smith & Frampton-Denver, a brokerage firm that specializes in providing top-notch service to its clients. Simultaneously, they became the Managing Partner at East West Partners, responsible for overseeing their development activities and leading their Denver operations. Chris also served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Civic Center Conservancy and was a Maker-Upper for www.themonthlyarchive.com. Additionally, they held the role of Rocky Mountain Chapter Past Chair at YPO. Overall, Chris Frampton has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a broad range of experience in various sectors.

Chris Frampton obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Davidson College, graduating in 1995. Prior to that, they attended the Vail Mountain School from 1982 to 1990. In 1999, Chris pursued a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRD) from Columbia University, completing their studies in 2000.
