Lynette Ryals Obe

Lynette Ryals OBE is a distinguished academic and leader with extensive experience in higher education and strategic management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at MK:U since April 2018, Lynette also holds a Non-Executive Director role at East West Railway Company and is a Trustee for The Stables Theatre Ltd. Previously, Lynette served in various capacities at Cranfield University from 1997 to 2023, including Pro Vice Chancellor and Director of Cranfield School of Management, focusing on education quality and learner experience. Lynette is recognized as the first UK Professor of Sales, with a prolific academic background and significant contributions to key account management and business education. Additionally, Lynette has held trustee and governance roles in several organizations and has been influential in driving research and thought leadership in strategic sales and account management.
