Martin Phillips

Martin Phillips has a diverse range of work experience. Martin began their career in 2000 as an Area Manager at PizzaExpress. In 2002, they moved to Virgin Trains where they held various roles, including Onboard Service Manager and Business Manager London. From 2008 to 2015, they served as the Head of Catering Logistics at Virgin Trains. In 2015, they joined High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd as a Technical Advisor and later transitioned to a role in Customer Experience. Currently, Martin Phillips is working at East West Railway Company as the Head of Customer Strategy.

From 1993 to 1997, Martin Phillips attended the University of Gloucestershire where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Catering Management, which they successfully completed.
