Henk Hermans is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in engineering, architecture, and business operations. Currently serving as the President of East-West Seed Philippines and Interim Group CFO in Thailand, Henk has significantly transformed the Philippine business landscape, achieving an 80% market share through the implementation of international best practices. Previous consultancy roles involved developing infrastructure projects, notably creating an infrastructure feasibility plan in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank. Additionally, Henk held various leadership positions at Royal HaskoningDHV, including President of Royal Haskoning Asia and Global Director of Architecture & Building. Early career experiences include project management in Indonesia, senior architectural roles in Singapore, and design work at Foster + Partners in the UK. Henk holds degrees in Building Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and completed the International Executive Programme at INSEAD.
