Matt Graham

Matt Graham is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate capital markets, currently serving as Director and Senior Vice President at Eastdil Secured since June 2011. At Eastdil Secured, Matt Graham advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, debt placement, structured credit, and loan sales, leveraging extensive capital markets expertise and real estate fundamentals. Previously, as Senior Development Manager at The Alden Foundation from February 2005 to July 2009, Matt Graham focused on financial analysis and deal structuring for affordable housing projects, successfully securing over $30 million in financing for new multifamily housing developments. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Loan Officer at the Illinois Housing Development Authority from July 2002 to January 2005. Matt Graham holds an MBA in Finance, Real Estate Management, and Management & Organizations from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, as well as a Master of Urban Planning and a BA in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
