Luanne Welch

Luanne Welch is the current CEO & President at EASTER SEALS UCP NORTH CAROLINA & VIRGINIA INC. Luanne has also served as the COO at Easter Seals UCP North Carolina from August 2004 to August 2007 and as the CEO at Easter Seals South Florida from August 2007 to June 2014. Prior to that, they were the Regional Manager at Easter Seals, Inc from December 2001 to August 2004.
