Vanessa Forte' Phillips

Vanessa Forte' Phillips, MSW, is an Integrated Health Consultant at Alliance Health since October 2022, with extensive experience in providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities and managing employment services for adults with mental health challenges. Previously, Vanessa held various positions at Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia, including Certified Employment Specialist Professional and IPS Program Supervisor, where responsibilities involved leadership in supported employment services and tailored support based on individual service plans.
