Chevalle Hardison

Director, Asset Management at Easterly Government Properties

Ms. Hardison serves as Director – Asset Management for Easterly Government Properties.

Ms. Hardison is responsible for asset management of the firm’s portfolio, including managing the financial performance of the assets, property operations, leasing, capital planning and investment, and tenant satisfaction.

Ms. Hardison has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience including accounting, property management, acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Easterly, Ms. Hardison was an Associate Director of Property Management for Foundry Commercial, where she was responsible for a portfolio consisting of 13 office buildings and 1.1M square feet under management. Prior to Foundry Commercial, Ms. Hardison was a Senior Property Accountant for Hines Interests, where she was responsible for lease administration, financial reporting, acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio assets.

Ms. Hardison is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Licensed Real Estate Broker (NC). Ms. Hardison is the President-Elect of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Western North Carolina Chapter and chairs the IREM WNC Diversity Outreach and Guidance Committees.

Ms. Hardison received a Master of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte and has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University. She has a certificate from University of South Florida for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace.
