Colin Oppenheimer

Mr. Oppenheimer serves as Director – Asset Management for Easterly Government Properties.

Mr. Oppenheimer is responsible for asset management of the firm’s portfolio, including managing the financial performance of the assets, property operations, leasing, capital planning and investment, and tenant satisfaction.

Mr. Oppenheimer has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience including asset management, leasing, brokerage, acquisitions, and corporate real estate. Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Oppenheimer was a Vice President at Avison Young where he specialized in tenant-representation brokerage and consulting for corporations and non-profit organizations. Before Avison Young, Mr. Oppenheimer was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he provided leasing and project management services for a large medical company in over fifty successful projects. In his career, Mr. Oppenheimer has been involved in real estate transactions totaling over $750 million.

Mr. Oppenheimer received his BA from Syracuse University.
