Meghan Baivier is currently the EVP & Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Easterly Government Properties. Meghan has over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, including investment banking, equity research, and real estate.

Baivier began their career as a Research Associate at Fidelity Investment Company, where they worked for four years before moving to Chilton Investment Company as an Equity Research Associate. In this role, they covered the homebuilding and building materials sectors.

In 2010, Baivier joined Citi as an Associate in their Investment Banking division, specializing in Real Estate. Meghan was promoted to Vice President in 2014 and worked at Citi until 2015, when they joined Easterly Government Properties as their Chief Operating Officer. Baivier has been with Easterly Government Properties since 2015 and was promoted to their current role in 2016.

Meghan Baivier has a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College in Economics and Computer Science and an MBA from Columbia University - Columbia Business School in Real Estate and Finance.
