Barbara Heinemann has a comprehensive work experience in the banking industry. Barbara began their career at Cambridgeport Bank in 1987, where they held the position of Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations for a period of 14 years.

In 2001, Barbara joined Eastern Bank, where they have held various executive roles. Barbara served as Executive Vice President of Operations & Technology from 2001 to 2010, overseeing the bank's operational and technological functions. Barbara'sexpertise in this area led their to become Eastern Bank's Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President from 2001 to 2014, where they played a crucial role in managing the bank's information systems.

In 2014, Barbara transitioned to the role of Executive Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management, ensuring the bank's risk management strategies were effectively implemented.
