Croilnor Francois

Croilnor Francois has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as a Logistics Coordinator for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Canada, where they worked until 2010. Croilnor then transitioned to the technology industry, working as a Scrum Master and Software Developer at RESICAP from 2019 to 2020. Croilnor then joined UPS in 2020 as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst until 2022. Currently, they are the AVP - Digital Banking Product Owner at Eastern Bank, starting in October 2022.

Croilnor Francois completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems, General from Kennesaw State University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the Centre International de Formation Professionnelle et d'Informatique Appliquée (CIFPIA) in 2011, where they obtained a degree in Microsoft Project. Croilnor also holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Abomey-Calavi, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. In addition, Croilnor attended Chattahoochee Technical College from 2015 to 2017 for General Study. Croilnor has obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in May 2022, C# Advance Course, Entity Framework 6 in Depth, and C# Intermediate Level from MOSH CODING MADE SIMPLE in August 2019, and Introduction to C# from Microsoft in July 2019. Croilnor has also achieved the IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer and IBM Blockchain Essentials certifications from IBM in 2019. Croilnor has been recognized on the Dean's List at Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business in December 2018 and July 2019.
