Kate Sawyer has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Kate is currently working at Eastern Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Treasury Client Relationship Manager, where they manage relationships with Cash Management Portfolio Clients and focuses on revenue growth and customer retention. Prior to this, Kate was a Branch Manager II at Eastern Bank.

Before joining Eastern Bank, Kate worked at Santander Bank, N.A. as a Branch Manager, AVP, where they achieved exceptional performance with assets exceeding $94 million and $3+ million in revenue. Kate also had experience as a Personal Banking Representative II & Premier Banker at Santander Bank, N.A., where they consistently exceeded sales goals and received recognition as a Top Performer.

Earlier in their career, Kate held positions at Citizens Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager and Banker I, II. At Citizens Bank, they led a team of bankers, exceeded personal sales goals, and organized special community events.

Kate Sawyer attended Cape Cod Community College, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Kate then enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University from 2023 to 2025, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Additionally, Kate obtained certifications as an Insurance Producer from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in January 2017 and as Series 6 & 63 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in the same month and year.
