Keith Lusby has an extensive work experience spanning over several years in various roles within the marketing and advertising industry. Keith currently holds the position of SVP, Brand Activation, Advertising & Marketing Operations Director at Eastern Bank since January 2023. Before that, they worked as the Vice President, Marketing Connections & Partnerships - Dunkin' at Inspire Brands from January 2021 to September 2022.
From April 2018 to January 2021, Keith served as the Vice President of Media & Partnerships at Dunkin' Brands. During their time in this role, they led a strategic shift towards national media focus and significantly increased investment in digital media. This led to positive traffic and the best sales performance in over a decade.
Prior to Dunkin' Brands, Keith worked at Mediahub (Division of Mullen Lowe U.S.) as an Executive Director from September 2015 to March 2018. In this role, they were responsible for business development and expanding the agency's capabilities to manage emerging media platforms. Keith successfully doubled client list, revenue, media billings, and grew the staff count.
Before that, Keith held the position of SVP Group Media Director at Mullen from October 2011 to August 2015. Keith also worked as the Vice President - Managing Director at Carat USA from May 2006 to October 2011, where they oversaw media planning and buying for Boston-based clients and managed the global communications planning relationship with Reebok.
Keith's career began at Carat, where they held two roles. Keith first served as the Vice President - Group Director from February 2005 to May 2006, leading the media practice for Procter & Gamble and playing a key role in building the media practice. Keith then became the Vice President Account Director from April 2001 to February 2005, leading the Pfizer Pharmaceuticals account and contributing to the success of the Viagra brand.
Lastly, Keith started their career at The Media Edge, where they worked as the Vice President - Account Director from April 1994 to May 2001.
Keith Lusby obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western New England University, where they attended from 1989 to 1992.
