Mark Leonard has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Mark began their career as a Programmer at Harper and Shuman in 1990. From 1992 to 1998, they worked as a Technical Services Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club, where they managed a technical staff and supported the company's database and server infrastructure. In 1998, they joined TASC as the IT Department Head, a role they held until 2001. At TASC, they were responsible for leading the IT department. From 2001 to 2008, Mark worked at Axcelis Technologies as the Director of Enterprise Business Applications & Database Systems. In this role, they oversaw the company's enterprise applications and database systems. Since 2008, Mark has been working at Eastern Bank as the SVP, Chief Architect. Mark leads a team of managers and architects and is responsible for the development and evolution of Eastern Bank's systems and capabilities. Mark collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver the necessary systems to compete in the fintech marketplace.
