Nan Reap

Nan Reap started their work experience in 1997 as a Real Estate Appraiser and Design Consultant at Reap Appraisal Services, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Admirals Bank. They then joined Eastern Bank as an AVP - Appraisal and Environmental Officer from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they worked at East Boston Savings Bank as a Vice President-Appraisal Officer, where they set up a new Commercial Real Estate Appraisal department and managed the appraisal process until 2021. Currently, Nan Reap is the SVP Director of Appraisal & Environmental Risk Services at Eastern Bank, starting in June 2021.
