Norman Wilson

Norman Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Norman began their career as the General Manager of Finance/Operations at Norbev, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth from $8 million to $45 million in sales. Norman demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Norman then joined The Butchery Inc as the General Manager of Finance/Operations before moving on to Meninno Bros. Inc, where they took on the position of General Manager of Finance/Operations and successfully turned around the company's negative operating results within the first year. Norman later served as the Controller at ConVerge Diagnostic Services on an interim consulting basis. Norman continued to develop their skills and worked as the Controller at Charles George Companies and Traditional Breads. Norman then joined Gloucester Seafood Processing, Inc as the Operations Manager, where they worked closely with consultants to oversee the company's closure. Currently, Norman is employed at Eastern Bank as the Vice President of General Services. Prior to their current role, they served as the Assistant Vice President Financial Project Analyst at the same company. Throughout their career, Norman has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to navigate challenging situations.
