Quincy L. Miller

Quincy Miller is an experienced banking executive currently serving as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice Chair at Eastern Bank since March 2016. Additionally, Quincy has been a member of the Board of Directors at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since July 2019. Prior to Eastern Bank, Quincy held various leadership positions at Citizens Bank from April 2006 to March 2016, including President of Massachusetts and EVP roles in Business Banking and Strategy. Quincy began their career at M&T Bank, where the role of Vice President and Regional Manager was held from June 1997 to April 2006. Quincy is an alumnus of Lafayette College.
