Tom Hillson

Tom Hillson is an experienced data engineering and operations professional with a strong background in data architecture, management, and integration. Currently serving as Data Engineering and Operations Manager and Data Architect at Eastern Bank since October 2013, Tom has designed data architectures that enhance reporting and analytics capabilities and has led the development of a comprehensive internal Data Warehouse. Previously, Tom held various leadership roles at Draper Laboratory, Intellego Solutions, TASC, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, overseeing teams, managing ERP infrastructures, and creating data warehousing solutions. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
