Darone Dancy

Darone Dancy is the Vice President of Workforce Operations at the Eastern Carolina Vocational Center. Darone has been with ECVC for 4 years and 4 months and is responsible for overseeing ECVC’s Rehabilitation and Human Resources services and activities. Prior to joining ECVC, Darone was the Manager at the NC Department of Workforce Solutions for 1 year and 9 months. Darone also served on the Pitt County DSS Board of Director for 3 years and 1 month. In addition, Darone has been a member of the Board of Directors for Real Crisis Intervention for 6 years and 7 months.
