Ryan Lajoie

Ryan Lajoie is a seasoned real estate professional, currently serving as the Broker Owner of Johnston & Associates Real Estate, LLC since January 2022. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Ryan has also been a member of the Eastern Connecticut Association of Realtors since 2008, contributing to various committees, including the Board of Directors and the YPN Committee. Prior to their current role, Ryan worked at Johnston & Associates Real Estate as a Realtor-Broker Associate and Administrative Assistant, showcasing skills in client representation, customer service, and organizational tasks. Additional experience includes leadership as Chairperson of the Thompson Economic Development Commission and a brief role in residential supervision at the Arc of Quinebaug Valley. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology of Work and Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University and has a solid foundation in customer service and operational support gained through previous positions at Riverview Landscaping Supply and Home Depot.
