Saud ALMotrafi serves as the Chief Operating Officer for both the Rural Health Network and Jubail Health Network at Eastern Health Cluster, overseeing a comprehensive healthcare system comprising 12 hospitals and 59 primary healthcare centers since March 2019. In addition, Saud ALMotrafi is an Executive Director of Medical and Clinical Affairs for the Jubail Health Network and has held the position of Medical Director for the Ras Tanura and Safwa regions. Engagement in community development is demonstrated through membership in the Eastern Province Youth Council since August 2019. Saud ALMotrafi participated as a delegate in the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program in 2017, focusing on global health capacity building. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Economics from UCL, a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Geneva Business School, a Saudi Board in General Surgery, and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, alongside ongoing studies at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
