Al Shahrani has also held various roles in healthcare administration and strategic planning at institutions such as King Fahad Medical City, Aseer Central Hospital, and King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Health and Hospital Administration and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, both obtained from King Saud University.
