Sinisa Duranovic

Sinisa Duranovic is an accomplished corporate leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Since 2005, Duranovic has served at Hrvatski Telekom, currently holding the position of Member of the Management Board and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, with previous roles including Senior Vice President for Strategy, Legal & Regulatory, and General Counsel. Duranovic also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Crnogorski Telekom since June 2017 and has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Optima Telekom and Iskon Internet. Additionally, Duranovic was a Member of the Board of Governors for the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia. Duranovic holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zagreb and has further education from IEDC - Bled School of Management.
