Justin Francis

Justin Francis has extensive experience in information and communications technology, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Eastern Health since September 2010, where responsibilities have included roles such as Associate Program Director for Infrastructure, Networks and Operations, and ICT Infrastructure and Operations Manager. Prior to Eastern Health, Justin held the position of Infrastructure Manager at Mercy Health from May 2001 to October 2010 and was an Infrastructure Manager at Cabrini Health from February 1991 to May 2001, with earlier experience as a Programmer/Systems Administrator. Justin's educational background includes studies at Parade College.
