Kath Riddell has a strong background in nursing and healthcare leadership. From 2019 to the present, they have served as the Chief Nursing Officer at St. Vincents Hospital Melbourne. Prior to this, they held various positions at Eastern Health, including Executive Director Learning and Teaching / Chief Nursing Midwifery Officer from 2017 onwards, Deputy Chief Nursing Midwifery Officer / Director Practice Development & Nursing Midwifery Workforce from 2014 to 2017, and Director Practice Development & Nursing Midwifery Workforce from 2011 to 2014.
