York Cheung has a diverse background in the field of radiology. York started their career in 2012 at Alfred Health as a Diagnostic & Interventional Radiologist until 2014. York then moved on to Imaging Associates Wagga Wagga in 2014 as the Clinical Director. In 2016, they joined Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) as a Diagnostic & Interventional Radiologist and eventually became the Clinical Director of Medical Imaging and Interventional Radiology. In 2017, they took on the role of Director at Imaging Associates Group. In 2020, they joined Eastern Health as the Clinical Director of Medical Imaging at Maroondah Hospital and also worked as an Interventional Radiologist at Epworth.
York Cheung attended the University of Melbourne, where they obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree in Medicine. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in EBIR from the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe, as well as FRANZCR from The Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Radiologists.
