Rachel Carlson

Rachel Carlson has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service management. Currently serving as the Occupational Health Coordinator and BHC Outpatient Clinic Coordinator at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center since June 2017, Rachel also has a strong nursing background as a Progressive Care Registered Nurse. Previously, Rachel worked as a Scheduling Specialist at Parallon and held multiple roles at Center Partners, including Operations Manager overseeing 350+ employees and Senior Supervisor, demonstrating leadership and performance management skills. Rachel's early career involved training and supervising teams, along with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Idaho State University and nursing education from Galen College of Nursing.
