Graduate Coordinator, Aging Studies And Professor, Human Services And Community Leadership at Eastern Illinois University

Kathleen O'Rourke is the Graduate Coordinator for Aging Studies and a Professor for Human Services and Community Leadership at Eastern Illinois University since August 2001. Prior to that, Kathleen served as an Assistant Professor and Director of the Early Childhood Teacher Licensure Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. With a PhD in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Kathleen also has experience as an Instructor at Carson-Newman University and in Senior & Community Services at St. Mary's Health System. Kathleen holds a MS in Home Economics from Eastern Illinois University and a BS in Home Economics from the same institution. Kathleen completed their high school diploma at Bishop Noll Institute.
