Mark Bonnstetter

Mark Bonnstetter has extensive experience in athletic training and administration, currently serving as the Deputy Athletic Director at Eastern Illinois University since January 2000. Prior roles at Eastern Illinois University include Sr. Associate Athletic Director, Associate Athletic Director/Athletic Trainer, and Head Athletic Trainer. Previous professional experience includes serving as Assistant Athletic Trainer/Director of Rehabilitation at the University of Miami and as Assistant Athletic Trainer at Southern Illinois University. Additionally, Mark Bonnstetter began a career in athletic training as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Michigan and an Athletic Training Intern with the Sioux City Musketeers. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education/Athletic Training from Morningside University.
