Jane London

Jane London has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jane began their career in 2007 at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, where they held roles as an eHealth Coordinator and Manager of Quality Care. During their time there, they oversaw the development of clinical practice policies and guidelines and managed various portfolios related to quality and safety, mental health, and eHealth.

In 2010, Jane took a role as the Manager of Policy, Practice, and Projects at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. Jane was responsible for reviewing governance structures, expanding the project portfolio, and implementing organizational change.

From 2011 to 2021, Jane worked at NPS MedicineWise in various roles, including Design and Innovation Manager, Program and Service Design Manager, Acting Product Portfolio Manager, and Intervention Lead. In these positions, they focused on behavior change programs, implementation strategies, and product development to drive improvements in healthcare quality.

Most recently, Jane has been working at Prospection as the Head of Health Strategy. Their responsibilities include understanding healthcare drivers and integrating health strategy into the business at all levels. Jane also applies their knowledge of behavioral science to steer business, policy, and product decisions.

In 2023, Jane will be joining Eastern Melbourne PHN as the Executive Director for Strategy and Service Design.

Jane London has a Master's degree in Social Science with a focus on Environment and Planning from RMIT University. Jane also holds a Postgraduate Diploma of Applied Psychology in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from La Trobe University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from the same institution. In 2007, they obtained PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from PM-Partners.
