David E. Martin

David E. Martin, Ed.D., serves as the Director of Graduate Teacher Education at Eastern Mennonite University and the Associate Director of Graduate Teacher Education at EMU @ Lancaster since January 2018. Prior to this, David worked as a School Based Therapist at T. W. Ponessa & Associates Counseling Services Inc., providing mental health counseling to high school students in the Lancaster County area from August 2017 to June 2018. David's extensive experience in education includes a long tenure as a Counselor at Conestoga Valley Middle School, where retirement occurred in 2017. David holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Immaculata University, a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Eastern Mennonite University.
