Jeremy Raff

Jeremy Raff, DPA, serves as the Director of Data Analytics at the School District of Lancaster, where responsibilities include enhancing communication across departments, improving college and career readiness, managing educational partnerships, and developing a K-12 readiness curriculum. Additionally, Jeremy holds a fellowship with the Harvard Strategic Data Project and teaches Organizational Behavior and Team Leadership as an adjunct professor at Eastern Mennonite University. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Executive Director at The Mix, overseeing grant funding, program management, and human resources, while earlier roles included Critical Home Repair Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity. Jeremy holds a Doctorate in Public Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Master's in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor's in Intercultural Studies and Sociology from Houghton University.
