Shawn Ramer

Shawn Ramer serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Finance at Eastern Mennonite University and is a member of the Board of Trustees. Ramer also holds the position of Chief Science Officer at Neurohacker Collective and previously worked as an Expert at Advarra from April 2021 to June 2023. Ramer's extensive experience includes senior leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1998 to 2016, where responsibilities included oversight of IT systems and R&D informatics. Earlier in the career, Ramer held various positions at Hoffmann-La Roche, focusing on chemistry, scientific management, and information management within R&D. Ramer's academic background includes a postdoctoral degree in Bioorganic Chemistry from Harvard Medical School, a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Alberta, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Eastern Mennonite University.
