Jessica Simon has extensive experience in commercial lending and loan officer roles. Jessica began their career at Eastern Michigan Bank in 2002 as a commercial loan clerk and later transitioned to a mortgage loan coordinator role. In 2006, they became a credit analyst and commercial loan officer at the same bank. In 2013, they joined CSB Bank as an Assistant Vice President of Commercial Loan Officer. Jessica then moved to Eastern Michigan Bank again in 2018, where they served as a Vice President of Commercial Loan Officer and later as a Vice President of Commercial Loan Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Commercial Lending at the University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union.

Jessica Simon completed their Associate of Arts degree at St. Clair County Community College from 1998 to 2005. Jessica then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting Processes at Walsh College from 2005 to 2007.
