Alma Ramirez

Alma Ramirez holds a Master of Public Administration from California Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of California, Riverside. Currently serving as the Public Affairs Program Manager at Eastern Municipal Water District since September 2020, Alma has previously held roles including Public Affairs Officer at the same organization and Management Analyst at the City of Lake Elsinore, where responsibilities included developing operational policies and managing departmental budgets. Additional experience includes serving as a Recreation Specialist, an intern, and a Public Policy intern, where Alma contributed to community events and water policy research, respectively. Prior experience in retail as a Sales Associate at Best Buy provided foundational customer service skills.
