Robert Schneider

Robert Schneider, PhD, serves as the Dean of the College of Business and Associate Professor of Management at Eastern New Mexico University since August 2015, also holding the position of Chair for multiple management-related departments. With a focus on teaching and departmental leadership, Robert has delivered a variety of courses in undergraduate and graduate programs. Prior to this role, Robert worked as a Commissioner for Emergency Services District #3 South Hays County Fire and Rescue and taught at Park University in both MBA and Healthcare Management programs. Robert's earlier experience includes managing operations for QTC Management, where oversight extended to a large team and numerous healthcare specialists, and a distinguished military career in the US Army culminating as a First Sergeant. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University, an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a BS in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
